Staff have gone above and beyond to help us out, to replace broken struts for the bed and replacing a wardrobe which was damaged in the warehouse. Best customer service you could ask for, highly recommened and generally nice people, make you feel warm and welcome

Fantastic customer service from the owner Julie , nothing was too much trouble she really helped me find the right bed for me as I have a spinal injury , finally I can get comfortable at night . Completely satisfied with the service and overall experience from this company, with personal attention from Keith and Julie from the onset. Their help and advice, selecting the most suitable mattress material and construction, since ours was custom made to a specific size. The result was spot on and delivered exactly to the day they had promised. I had the good fortune to deal with this company several years previously, for my son’s bedroom, where once again we were completely satisfied. I can highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing new beds and mattresses’ including custom made requirements.

Julie in good knights is so lovely. She has the best customer service ever..listened to what we wanted. Gave us a great price. And even got it delivered the same day. We will not go anywhere else..

Owners could not have been more friendly, helpful and understanding. Nothing was to much trouble. They take the time to show and explain products, which are all high quality. Fitters were polite and left everywhere clean. Highly Recommend. Thank You all.

Julie got this sorted out in a very professional way which was greatly appreciated and confirmed that we made the right decision doing business with a smaller family run business rather than one of the "chain bed stores" all the very best
